"Warranty support was kind of frustrating"
I had an issue with the bag after only a few months, and dealing with the repair/warranty side of things was frustrating. The replies were slow, and it felt like I had to keep following up just to get things moving. They did offer a few options, but it’s hard to describe, none of them really felt that helpful, especially for what the bag cost. Overall, I’m disappointed.

"Nice bags, but I’m not dealing with the hassle"
The bags do look nice, I’ll give them that. But after seeing so many bad service stories online, I don’t have the patience to risk ordering again and then have to chase someone down if something goes wrong.

"Nice bag, but ordering was a headache"
I really like the bag once it finally came, but buying it was frustrating. The site keep freezing while I was trying to order, and my payment fail two times before it actually went through. The bag is nice, but the whole website experience was way more annoying than it should be

I waited a few days just to get a response and when they finally replied it was basically a copy paste answer that didn’t really help, so yeah it was annoying and kind of frustrating.

The prices were laid out clearly from the start, which I appreciated. Nothing weird popped up at checkout, and I knew exactly what I was paying before I hit confirm. Made ordering feel simple. That was it.

"Looks pretty, but the leather bummed me out"
I really liked how the bag looked when I first got it, so I was feeling hopeful. But after wearing it just a few times, the leather started to feel thinner and cheaper than I expected, and it scratched way too easily. Kind of disappointing because it’s cute, but the quality left me a bit frustrated.

The bag itself arrived fine and I do really like it, but the delivery process was a bit awkward. I had been telling people when it was supposed to arrive, and then the tracking got confusing and the date was pushed back twice, so I felt a little embarrassed having to keep explaining it. Polene support did respond when I reached out, which I appreciated, but for the price, I really expected the shipping to feel more reliable.

I’ve been trying to buy this bag for a while, but it keeps selling out before I can get it. I signed up for restock emails, but by the time they show up, it’s usually already gone again. I get that popular items sell fast, but it’s getting annoying.

"Tracking was a little confusing"
My order arrived fine in the end, but the tracking was kind of confusing. I’m not sure how to explain it, but it just sat on the same update for a few days and then suddenly changed to out for delivery. I ended up checking the courier’s site too because the Polene page seemed a bit behind. The bag was totally okay and the delivery wasn’t super late, I just wish the tracking had been clearer

"I really do like the way this bag..."
I really do like the way this bag looks, but I’m not totally sure it was the right pick for me. It barely fits my phone, keys, and a small wallet, so I find myself second-guessing what I can even bring when I use it. For the price, I guess I expected a little more room. It’s cute for sure, just not something I’d rely on for everyday use.

So... I had a really nice visit to the boutique. The staff were kind and didn’t rush me at all, which I appreciated. My bag was packed beautifully, and the whole store had such a calm, easy feel to it. Really happy with the experience

The box itself is really nice, and I think most customers would be happy with the presentation. That said, there was just too much wrapping inside for my liking. I’m sure others might feel the same if they’re trying to cut down on extra packaging.

"Pretty bag, but shows wear fast"
I’ve had my Polene bag for about a year. It still looks really pretty. But the corners and handle started showing wear sooner than I expected. It’s not awful. I still like the bag. I just thought it would hold up a bit better for the price.

"Lovely bag, surprise fees were... fine, I guess"
I ordered a bag from Polene Paris and, to be fair, it arrived in great condition and I really do love it. The bag itself is beautiful, so no complaints there. I just wish the import duties and taxes had been made clearer before checkout, because having to pay extra when it was delivered was a little annoying. Totally calm about it, obviously... but it definitely wasn’t the best surprise. Still giving 4 stars because the product is genuinely lovely.

Overall, I’d say it feels well made. The leather has a solid, sturdy feel to it and the stitching looks clean and neat. My only real gripe is the clasp, it works, but it doesn’t feel quite as strong as the rest of the piece, which is a little disappointing...
